About this route
King City is the main village in King Township, in York Region north of Toronto, known for its horse farms and large rural estates. It is reached from Pearson generally by Highway 400 north to King Road. The drive is moderate in length, through mostly open countryside. Flight tracking is used on airport trips so pickup times match actual flight arrivals.
Getting there
Distance: about 40 to 45 km. Drive time: typically 35 to 50 minutes.
King City sits among estates and horse farms on King Road, just off Highway 400. The airport run drops south to the 407 and west to the terminals.
Estate families travelling in numbers favour the SUV or van. Seneca's King campus events bring occasional group bookings on top of the usual sedans.
Beyond the airport run
The same fleet and flat-rate booking cover more than the drive to Pearson.
A landing that runs late does not leave anyone waiting at the curb in King City. The flight number gets tracked, not the booking time.
Companies booking multiple trips out of King City move to monthly billing with one contact, not a new call and charge every time.
Day trips booked from King City regularly head to Niagara Falls, the wineries near Niagara-on-the-Lake, or downtown Toronto.
Casino runs to Casinorama and Casino Niagara use the same fleet already running airport transfers out of King City.
Why book direct
Snow, surge hours, and slow highways are dispatch's problem, not your fare's. The King City price holds.
One chauffeur is committed to the trip before it starts and stays with it to the terminal curb.
A licensed chauffeur and commercial insurance back every King City departure. That is not negotiable.
Any hour, a real person picks up with your booking on screen. That does not change on weekends or holidays.
Good to know before you book
Free cancellation ends 12 hours before pickup. Later cancellations cost 50%, and a no-show costs the whole fare. See the full rate card and fee schedule.
How booking works
Whatever dispatch quotes for the King City run is what the invoice says afterward. Traffic and weather change nothing.
You are not assigned a stranger at the curb. The confirmation carries a name and a direct line days before the trip.
Airport pickups follow the aircraft's actual arrival. A delay moves the car, not your stress level.

Questions
A flat-rate sedan from King City starts at $95 for the ride of typically 35 to 50 minutes. HST is added on top, and the price never changes at drop-off.
Comparing meters to flat rates is the real difference. From King City the fare is locked ahead of time, no surge, with a licensed and insured chauffeur driving.
Gratuity is never added automatically, so the amount is up to you. Fifteen to twenty percent is common practice for chauffeured service in the GTA, but it is your call.
Dispatch follows your flight number in real time, so the car moves with the plane. Early arrivals and delays alike cost nothing extra and need no phone call.
One-way trips are the norm, not the exception. A single leg between King City and Pearson books the same way and needs no return commitment.
