Fleet
The occasion, not the capacity. The S-Class seats 3, the same as the MKZ, but the cabin and finish suit a trip where the car itself should make an impression.
About this vehicle
Cognac leather and a cabin quiet enough that a client transfer starts feeling like part of the meeting. The digital dashboard and finish set it apart from the everyday sedan booking.
It carries the same 3-passenger limit and standard Wi-Fi as the MKZ. The choice between the two comes down to what the trip calls for, not how many people are riding.
Booked most often for a single important meeting, a VIP client arrival, or any occasion where a taxi or rideshare would feel like the wrong call.
What's included
Nobody drives the Mercedes-Benz S-Class without a chauffeur's licence, and the vehicle itself runs on commercial insurance, trip after trip.
The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is cleaned and inspected before every assignment. A quick local run gets the same preparation as a cross-border trip.
Onboard Wi-Fi comes standard. For airport pickups, dispatch follows the aircraft itself, so a delay reschedules the car automatically.
One number covers the trip, agreed before departure. HST and tolls appear as separate lines, not surprises inside the fare.
Who books this vehicle
Executive client transfers, a pickup ahead of an important meeting, or any trip where arriving in the S-Class is itself part of making the right impression. It is also a common choice for VIP guests visiting from out of town.
Getting picked up
For an airport pickup, the S-Class is timed to your actual flight, not the printed schedule. A meet-and-greet at arrivals is available if you would rather be walked to the car by name than meet it at the curb. Your chauffeur handles the bags either way.
Compare
Both seat 3 with the same amenities. The S-Class is the step up when the ride itself matters; the MKZ handles the everyday trip.
If the choice is not obvious, describe the trip to dispatch. Matching vehicles to trips is most of the job.
Where you can book it
Airport work is only part of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class's schedule. The same flat-rate booking covers every one of the 112 Ontario cities on our rate card, Windsor to Ottawa.
Cross-border trips run too, licensed and insured, to major American cities within roughly 1,000 km of Pearson. Buffalo and Detroit lead that list, and every passenger needs a valid passport.
The Ontario directory and the USA page both show the exact starting rate from your city.
Pricing
The fare depends on your pickup city, not on which executive sedan shows up. It is quoted flat, confirmed before travel, with HST on top and no changes at drop-off.
Optional extras are the only additions: a prearranged airport pickup, a stop along the way, or meet-and-greet at arrivals. Skip them and the base rate is the whole story.
The 112-city rate card lists the executive sedan starting price for every pickup point, and dispatch quotes exact totals by phone.
Good to know before you book
Give 12 hours' notice to cancel free. Inside that window a 50% fee applies, and no-shows pay the full fare. See the full rate card and fee schedule.
