Which Pearson terminal do you pick up from?
Both. Toronto Pearson has Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and your chauffeur meets you at the arrivals level of whichever one your flight lands at. You don't need to specify a terminal when you book, just your flight number.
Can I book just a one-way drop-off, not a round trip?
Yes. A one-way transfer to the airport is booked the same way as a pickup, flat rate, confirmed before the trip.
How will my chauffeur find me at arrivals?
Outside at the curb by default, or inside arrivals with a name sign if you book the $45 meet-and-greet option. Either way, your chauffeur already has your flight number and photo of the pickup point in mind.
What happens if a connecting flight changes my arrival time?
We track your actual flight number, so a changed connection that shifts your landing time is picked up automatically. You only need to call if your flight number itself changes.
Do you handle very early or very late flights?
Yes. Dispatch runs 24/7, so a 4 a.m. departure or a flight landing at midnight is a normal booking, not a special request.
Is the airport transfer rate different from a regular point-to-point fare?
Airport pickups add a small prearranged-pickup charge, $13 for a sedan or SUV, on top of the base flat rate. Everything else about the fare works the same as any other trip.
Can I switch airports after I've already booked?
Call dispatch as soon as you know. Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton, and Buffalo Niagara are all on the same rate structure. A change usually just means a new quote, not starting the booking over.
