What can add to the Toronto flat rate
Extra charges
- 13% HST (Ontario's harmonized sales tax) is added to every fare.
- Prearranged airport pickup adds $13 for a sedan or SUV, or $24 for a stretch limo or van.
- An en-route stop adds $10 for a sedan, $15 for an SUV or van, or $20 for a stretch limo or stretch SUV.
- Waiting time on GTA and home pickups is billed at $10 for every 15 minutes. There's no wait charge once you've landed at the airport.
- Meet-and-greet service at arrivals is available for $45.
- Highway 407 tolls are billed separately, at cost.
- Prepaid reservations carry a 15% driver gratuity.
Cancellation policy
Cancel with at least 12 hours' notice, or a 50% cancellation fee applies. No-shows are charged in full. See the full rate card and fee schedule.

There is no meter and no hourly rate. Every trip is a flat rate confirmed before you book, based on the vehicle class and the trip itself. A sedan starts at $85 from downtown Toronto.

Hourly and point-to-point chauffeur bookings are available, but they are still quoted as a flat rate for the block of time, not a running meter.
Can 12 people fit in a limo?
Yes. Our largest stretch models, the Cadillac Escalade SUV Stretch and the Chevrolet Suburban Stretch, both seat 12 passengers. Smaller stretch limos seat 10.
How much should I tip my limo driver?
Gratuity is never added automatically, so the amount is up to you. Fifteen to twenty percent is common practice, but it is your call.
