Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls
How much is a limo from Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls?
A sedan is a $225 flat rate and a premium SUV is $245, plus 13% HST. The price locks when you book, before your plane leaves the ground. When you land, your chauffeur is already at arrivals, and the drive to the falls runs 90 to 110 minutes.
The arrival run
Booked from abroad, met at the terminal
Most bookings for this trip are made before the traveller ever reaches Canada. You land at Toronto Pearson from London, New York, Dubai, or Delhi, clear customs, and want one thing: a car that is already there. So we price it that way. You book with your flight number, we track the landing, and the fare does not change if the plane is late. Heading home later, the same flat rate covers your limo to Pearson Airport for the departure.

- Premium SUV (seats 7): Families landing with strollers and duty-free bags fit here without stacking anything on a lap.
- Sprinter van (seats 14): Tour groups and conference parties ride together on one schedule instead of splitting into four rideshares.
- Stretch limo (up to 12 passengers): Some casino weekends start at the terminal door. The bar is stocked before wheels-down.

Four ways make this trip. Here is how each one really works, so you can pick with open eyes.
| How you ride | How it prices | What the trip looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Flat-rate limo | $225 sedan, fixed at booking | Direct and door to door in 90 to 110 minutes. The chauffeur meets your flight. |
| Rideshare app | Dynamic, moves with demand | Walk to the pickup zone and hope a driver accepts a 130 km trip at a price you like. |
| Shuttle or coach | Per seat | Cheapest for one person. Departures follow the operator's schedule, not your landing time. |
| Train and transit | Per ticket | No direct train. UP Express to Union Station first, then GO toward Niagara. Three hours or more with luggage. |
After you land
How the airport pickup works on this route
Book with your flight number
Send the flight number when you book online or call. The quote comes back flat and in writing, with the vehicle class you picked.
Clear customs at your own pace
We watch the actual landing, not the itinerary. Waiting at the airport after you land is never billed, so a slow customs line costs you nothing.
Meet your chauffeur at Door A
Walk out at Door A of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3. Prefer a name sign inside arrivals? Meet and greet is $45. The airport pickup desk at 416-231-0443 can help you find the car.
The drive
What the drive to the falls is really like
Distance: about 130 to 140 km. Drive time: typically 90 to 110 minutes.
The route runs down Highway 427, onto the QEW, and around the western tip of Lake Ontario to the falls. On a July weekend the QEW can crawl past Hamilton and stretch the trip beyond two hours. The fare stays where it was quoted. The delay is ours to absorb, not yours.
Want to break the drive at a winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake? An en-route stop costs $10 by sedan, $15 by SUV or van, and $20 by stretch. For a full wine-country afternoon, book a city tour instead.
Why book before you fly
Why arriving travellers book this transfer ahead
The fare is settled before takeoff
You know the number while you are still packing. Nothing at the curb can change it.
Landing waves cannot touch you
When three wide-bodies land together, the taxi line grows and app prices climb. Your car is exempt from both.
Licensed and insured the whole way
Commercial licensing and insurance cover every kilometre from the terminal to your hotel door.
A person answers at 4 a.m.
Dispatch runs around the clock. If your flight diverts or a bag goes missing, you talk to someone who can see your booking.

Questions
Questions travellers ask about this trip

There is no fixed answer, because rideshare prices move with demand from minute to minute. When arrivals are busy, the quote climbs. Our sedan is a flat $225 plus HST, set when you book and unchanged when you land.
Is there a shuttle from Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls?
Pearson does not run its own shuttle to the falls. Private shuttle and coach operators sell seats on the route, and a seat is the cheaper option for one traveller. A private car costs more and leaves when you land, not when a schedule says.

About 130 to 140 km by road. A direct drive down the QEW takes 90 to 110 minutes in normal traffic, and longer on summer weekends.
Is there a train from Pearson Airport to Niagara Falls?
Not a direct one. You would take the UP Express to Union Station downtown, then a GO train or bus toward Niagara. With luggage, plan on three hours or more. The drive is about 90 minutes door to door.
Can we stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake on the way to the falls?
Yes. One stop on the way adds $10 by sedan, $15 by SUV or van, and $20 by stretch limo. Tell us when you book so the timing works.
